湖北法院网
湖北省高级人民法院是湖北省最高审判机关。其上级法院是中华人民共和国最高人民法院。我省法院分为三级：省高级人民法院1个；市州中级人民法院14个；专门法院1个（武汉海事法院）；县（市）及城市的区基层人民法院107个。三级法院共123个。在基层法院还派出巡回法庭938个，它是基层法院的组成部分，它作出的裁判是基层法院的裁判。我省各级人民法院受理经济、刑事、民事、行政及执行案件，年均40余万件。其中民商案件数占80%以上。我国法官共分四等12级。湖北全省现有二级大法官1名，高级法官170名，普通法官数千名。除此之外，还有行政事务官员、书记官和司法警察。目前，我院相当比例的法官具有法律硕士学位或博士学位，并已参与国际司法交流与合作。近几年来，湖北法院司法设施迅速发展，电脑普及率大幅度上升，部分法院实现了案件审理流程电脑化管理。一批现代化审判办公大楼已落成并投入使用。...
