黄循财说：“我不认为我们最终会面对这样一个没有工作的未来，一个机器取代人类一切工作、人们会因为技术可以取代岗位而感到不安的未来。”“蓝领和白领的工作性质”会改变，他还警告说，“变化速度将加快，颠覆性变化的规模将随着时间推移而增加。”

他补充说：“科技还可以让我们在执行其他任务时更有效率，这样会产生新的岗位和新的就业机会。”

去年11月份上线后，聊天机器人ChatGPT迅速走红网络，人工智能也顺势成为商界热词。这个人工智能技术驱动的聊天机器人可以对用户提问自动生成类似人类的回应，上线仅仅两个月后用户数量就达到了1亿。

黄循财表示，面对人工智能即将带来的颠覆性变化，人们需要学会调整和适应。“这势必会让那些调整和适应能力较弱的人感到焦虑。我们所有人都要多做工作，帮助员工提高技能水平，让他们能在数字化程度越来越高的世界中保持竞争力并且不落伍。”

黄循财认为，“我们不能让市场自行解决这个问题，也不能说这只是雇主的责任。”

他补充说，监管机构需要在人岗匹配以及技能培训方面提供“全面支持”。黄循财说：“这需要政府、行业和技能培训机构协调一致、积极主动。”

黄循财表示，新加坡推出全球首个测试工具包AI Verify，帮助企业客观评估和验证人工智能产品是否负责任、是否符合国际原则。

他补充说，新加坡将继续与人工智能行业合作开展试点项目，并推动人工智能测试标准的制定工作。（辰辰）
