听说马斯克和德普的前妻好上了，不知道真假，跟我们也没啥毛线关系。但是最近特斯拉宣布2016年出货量的70% 都要召回，这就不得不关注一下了，Model S 和 Model X 全都有，说是受影响的车型“电子驻车制动卡钳”有问题。说白了，就是“手刹”挂上了松不开，车子就定在那儿动不了。特斯拉在官方声明中表示，“不认为这是一个会导致安全隐患的问题。”

这并不是特斯拉第一次宣布产品召回，显然也不会是最后一次。值得一提的是，距离特斯拉低端车型 Model 3发布一年多、即将进行大规模量产的前夕，Model S 和 Model X 的“电子驻车”仍旧大规模出现问题，不得不让人质疑：特斯拉这些年除了做营销，到底有没有好好提高制造工艺和品控水准？

目前主打高端市场的 Model S 和 Model X 多少勉强可以算“豪华车”、“电动超跑”，对于这个市场品类，消费者更多追求的是“新奇”，质量和可靠性相对次要――因为谁也不会天天开着 Model S 去超市买菜。但是低端车型 Model 3的售价已经接近普通中产的购车预算区间，这部分顾客以往都是买质量好得出奇的雷克萨斯，Model 3如果再像 Model S 和 Model X 一样“掉链子”，麻烦可就大了。

其实，特斯拉产品的质量问题已经是业界公认、老生常谈的话题了。有汽车行业分析师指出，特斯拉作为一家西海岸的科技公司，内部盛行的是一种将“科技创新”置于“产品质量”之上的颠覆精神，而不是对流程和品质精益求精的传统汽车制造业文化。

特斯拉把“汽车”当成“软件”来做 (一个典型的例子就是特斯拉使用 OTA 方式更新车辆固件) 但“汽车”显然并不是“软件”，将一款开发好的软件产品规模化很容易，从本质来说就是代码复制，但是将一款开发完成的汽车做大规模的量产，却有大量的复杂细节工作要完成。

比如因为制造工艺导致的特斯拉 Model S 车顶“密闭性问题”，在大多数国家和地区并不严重，因为泄漏的量很小，肉眼看不见。但是在气候潮湿、阴雨的地区，会长酶。这就是产品没有经过严格的使用测试，投放市场后很容易遇到的问题。至于 Autopilot 功能，其实也是类似的情况。

无论马斯克和哪个女模特\影星\歌手谈恋爱，都没办法解决特斯拉的产品质量问题。回到此次的召回事件，虽说特斯拉认为该问题不至于导致安全隐患，但是我还挺担心出现紧急情况下车子被“手刹”固定住动弹不得的局面。
